Whatever product we source we look to buy the best grades and origins on the market. Different products go through various processes including cleaning (aspiration and destoning), sieving, visual inspection, roasting and salting, metal detection, weighing, mixing, nitrogen flushing or vacuum packing. We are a BRC certified company which assures that all our production processes adhere to the demanding standards specified by the British Retail Consortium.
